Mission Statement
TranServ's mission is to provide independent, innovative, high quality, reliable, and
competitively priced transmission management services to the energy industry. TranServ
will provide entities the independence necessary to demonstrate to regulators that
services that fall beneath filed open access transmission tariff (OATT) are administered
fairly and without discretion.

independent corporation with a staff of industry experts and the software services infrastructure
to meet the depends of today's transmission and energy markets. TranServ will customize its administrator
functions for a company or a region to meet specific business practices. TranServ has the flexibility and
economics that can meet the needs of any organization.

TranServ Independent Entity Functions:

Oversee the provision of transmission services pursuant to the Transmission Owner's Tariff,
specifically including the provision of generation interconnection service.

Grant or deny requests for transmission services pursuant to the filed Transmission Service Protocol.

Grant or deny requests for generation interconnection service pursuant to the filed Generation Interconnection
Service Protocol

Populate and administer the Transmission Owner's Open Access Same Time Information System (OASIS).
